Here are answers to common questions about our laundry services. Explore how we can remove the burden of doing laundry and give you back your precious time!

What laundry services do you offer?

We offer wash, dry and fold services to residents and businesses in the southern suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. We also offer Commercial laundry services to local businesses like spas, gyms, medical and dental, AirBNB / hotels.

What locations are on your route?

Upper Saint Clair, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Bridgvillie, Carnegie, Green Tree, Castle Shannon, Canonsburg, McMurray.

What is the cost of the laundry service?

Our flat rate for wash, dry & fold is $48 per bag.

The bag hold about two loads of front loader washing. You're welcome to stuff it full, we don't mind! Just be sure the bag closes so that nothing falls out :)

If you do not have a FreshFold laundry bag, you can use a 20 gallon trash bag - it hold about the same amount of laundry.

Larger items are charges per item: Comforters, Quilts, Sleeping Bags, Dog Beds, Rugs etc

What can I expect for my first laundry service?

On the morning of your scheduled pick-up, a FreshFold driver will arrive within the allotted time slot.

Please make sure to double check your pockets! FreshFold is not responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, markers, pens, lipstick, gum, etc).

From there, your laundry will be out of your hands!

Your laundry will be delivered back to you within 48 hours. A text will be sent when your clothes are en route and again, once your delivery has been made.

When will my order be returned?

We have a 2-day turnaround, therefore if we pick u your laundry on Monday, you will get it back on Wednesday - clean, fresh and folded.

Do you offer dry cleaning services?

Yes! We partner with an excellent dry cleaner and can process your laundry and dry cleaning in the same order. Send everything to us and we will take care of the rest!

Can you do stain removal?

Of course! We do light stain removal. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out.

It is very useful to know the exact source of each stain, since the best treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric type. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stains before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

Do you wash rugs?

Our small business specializes in laundering rugs. We can wash the rugs that are labeled as machine washable and work with a specialist partner to launder other rugs that require dry cleaning.

Standard-size bath mats (21" x 34") — $7.50

Rugs larger than standard bath mats — $20

Ruggable 5x7 — $43

Ruggable 6x9 — $50

Ruggable 8x10 — $70

Ruggable 8x12 — $85

Ruggable 10x14 or 11x14 — $95

Stain treatment is available for an additional $5.

What should I look for in a laundry service?

Knowing who handles your laundry is crucial.

Unlike ordering a pizza, where the delivery person might not matter as much, you should know who is washing, cleaning, and delivering your clothes. Many apps act as middlemen, connecting you with various service providers, so you might not know who handles your laundry, and it could change with each order. Some might even send your clothes to individuals rather than professional companies.
